Jayne Lessard believes in the power of physical activity and the benefits of social activity. Jayne Lessard often participates in community efforts by giving seminars on marriage and family as a professional counselor, as well as helping teens and college students to determine their strengths, fields of study and future career paths. Jayne Lessard spent years as a collegiate athlete and a basketball coach for the women’s basketball team at Montreat Anderson College in the 1970s and led outdoor and ministry trips to Canada, British Columbia, and North Carolina.
